Five Numbers Alberta Should Publish Before Bill 208
A bill that changes access should come with public numbers. These five would make the debate more honest.

AGLC's tobacco enforcement reporting proves Alberta can publish concrete enforcement numbers when it chooses to. Bill 208 should be held to the same public-record standard.
The goal is not to bury the public in data. The goal is to prevent a restriction from being called successful before anyone can see the results.
